What happens after I buy FreeAgent, do I get some help?

Onboarding is a great option for those seeking assistance getting up and running. You receive a dedicated onboarding specialist who will reach out as soon as you sign, and be available to answer questions via email as well as schedule meetings once per week for the duration of onboarding to answer questions and help you move forward with your setup and training.

How long does it take to get up and running with FreeAgent?

Onboarding is 30-days, however most teams are up and running and getting value from FreeAgent within the first 2 weeks.

Does it include any integrations that I need?

Onboarding includes assistance with all included direct integrations listed on our Pricing page as included, like Gmail, Outlook, Twilio for example. For integrations beyond that, you have many options (including self-service integration via Zapier), but most customers choose to hire our in-house Professional Services team for integrations. This is separate from onboarding and support. They work like an IT agency, but are better because they are FreeAgent platform experts. They work at a completely transparent and competitive rate of $200/hour, sold in 10-hour packs. You can start a PS project while you’re going through Onboarding if you like, or you can wait until after you’re up and running with FreeAgent, which is recommended.
