- Work with other members of the Customer Success team in capturing requirements, defining the solutions, solving technical challenges, importing data, building integrations and launching customers on the FreeAgent platform.
- Document, code, test and maintain scalable solutions for multiple third party integrations.
- Migrate data from CSV and other systems into FreeAgent CRM.
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions.
- Understand the customer’s business, work with other Customer Success team members to design their requirements into a solution that is highly usable, easily adoptable and also with demonstrable value.
- Coordinate with other Customer Success resources and product development to ensure the customer’s success and the product roadmap is aligned to customer needs.
- Create and constantly improve project deliverables and best practices.
- Become an expert in the FreeAgent CRM platform.
- 2+ Years of experience with Node Js. Development.
- Hands-on working experience: Frontend development using frameworks such as React JS, or Vue JS
- Creating APIs/Web services: REST
- Passionate about creating valuable engineering solutions.
- Consulting mindset to deal with ambiguous requirements.
- A team-player mindset to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong English communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge in AWS services: Lambdas, EC2, S3, API Gateway
