Associate Account Manager

Guadalajara, Mexico

We’re gearing up for growth and looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be playing a fundamental role in the happiness, growth, and retention of our customers. You will be working closely with our team remotely, as we have distributed offices across the US, Mexico, Canada, and India. We are a fast-growing SaaS company with a fun, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, and executive sponsors
  • Understand customer requirements as needed to implement within the product
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, etc
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Develop sales by explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services and helping driving growth for our customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
Qualifications
  • 2+ years relative experience in SaaS/Technology solutions
  • Must have experience in the CRM market
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages
  • Excel, advanced (formulas, Pivot Tables, V Lookup)
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Hunger to learn new capabilities and skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
